NAT
RECYCLING SDN BHD is wholly owned by CFT.
Its operations upon incorporation in 1986 were
dormant except for holding an industrial
leasehold land in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
CFT(KL)’s warehouse and office is located on the
said leasehold land. NRSB commenced its
operations in recycling and sales of nonferrous
metal products subsequent to the financial year
ended 31 January 2006.
The non-ferrous metal recycling business has
higher potential given the consistently high
demand for such products in the global market.
In addition, there are also synergy benefits to
be derived via cross trading between NRSB and
the trading division of OSM via more prudent
cost monitoring and inventory control approach. |
